About this case
Cino had since long a dream: wider gonial angles. Indeed Cino was quite skeletal in the gonial angle regions. We designed for him a right and left gonial angle, made in the high end PEEK implant material, 3D driven on his own I-cat CBCT (3D Rx). All was realised intra orally, with an incision intra orally near the molars. Cino was my most happy person that was operated in 2017. Extremely satisfied and extremely happy with the result. A beautiful and rewarding result. Note that the PEEK implants were only surfaced laterally in the gonial angle. There were no vertical extensions.
