About this case
Kiro was in orthodontic treatment for his deep bite and Class II. The orthodontist referred Kiro for a combined surgical orthodontic treatment. A lower jaw advancement was planned, as well as a genioplasty (chin surgery) to unfold the deep labiomental fold. Kiro was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Especially the nice teeth and the flow of chin area, resolving the extreme deep labiomental fold.
