About this case
Lefort I set-back, with exceptionally a narrowing of the upper jaw trough removal of bone in the mid palatal region and narrowing procedure of the upper jaw. The lower jaw was brought forward and a genioplasty with major advancement was achieved as well.Use of artificial bone in the upper was necessary as well.
