About this case
Sonja was treated in a one-shot surgery under general anaesthesia: teeth extractions, curettages, levelling of bone, lower jaw implant placement, upper jaw implant placement. This included two zygomatic implants in the posterior area and four regular implants in the front area. Patient preferred a cobalt chrome resin dental superstructure as a provisional appliance. This was realised in three days. Dr Defrancq first did an aesthetic pass.
