About this case
Bessina fels young, is healthy and is enjoying her days after her retour from an abroad country with her husband. On the other hand she feels like something essential is lacking in her facial harmony. But the worst for her is the feeling of being a dental cripple. Pain and soreness is part of her daily live. On physical exam it became clear that her upper jaw was extremely resorbed. Dr Defrancq discussed with her the possibilities, but strongly advised her to choose for a simple but efficient way to restore the upper jaw. Four zygoma implants were proposed, but also, Dr Defrancq convinced her to give up her lower teeth, so that a harmoneous unity could be realised. So we did. After three days we did the aesthetic pass and two days later all was installed fixed in the mouth. Again a lovely and happy patient.
