About this case
Virginie had for years painful-non fitting dentures. Her face went deflated and skinny. All this had understandably a tremendous effect on her psychosocial wellbeing.Treatment plan involved: Upper jaw augmentation with posterior hip grafting was the first choice since Virginie is a young women. The upper prosthesis was adapted for the following 3 months. Three months later implants and teeth suprastructure were placed in the upper jaw as well as in lower jaw, in an immediate loding fashion. One week following, including a pas in wax, the teeth were placed. Finally we convinced Virginie for a further treatment with facial lipofilling using the MAFT-GUN. The final result was astonishing and rewarding with an extremely happy patient.
