SURGERY AND REALISATION 2015
Dirk is in his early 50's. After his teeth were extracted and a prosthesis provided by his dentist, he went into a deep depression. Before this event, Dirk had a rich professional life, but now, he lost the joy in life, his ambitions gone. The reason: his face sunk away, his youh and freshness were completely gone. He came to see Dr Defrancq as a kind of last resort. I proposed the following treatment plan:
Soon after the surgeries, Dirk was totally transformed as a personallity: happy, back to business and enjoying life. A complete and unseen transformation. He is a remarkable and most grateful patient. In the near future his temporary immediate loading will be changed into zirconium porcelain.DECEMBER 2015: Voilà. The Porcelain is finished. Dirk was dreaming, not of a white Christmas, but of white teeth. So we made them white....american style!!

- Bone grafting to build up his midface (due to teeth loss and bone atrophy).
- Implants in upper and lower jaw.
- Immediate loading in chrome-cobalt resin. Therefore in the upper jaw Dr Defrancq proposed some regular implants and two zygoma implants, enabling the immediate loading.
- Lipofilling to further enhance the facial fullness and facial features.
