About this case
Yvonne dreamed of nice teeth. She never got used to the upper prosthesis. Yvonne came to the office for implants in the lower jaw since her teeth were desolate. Dr Defrancq convinced Yvonne that he could achieve the same implant fixed bridge in the upper jaw. During one general surgery, both jaws were provided with implants. A porcelain bridge was eventually constructed. Yvonne's dream was finally realised to her full satisfaction.
