About this case
Daphne lost her teeth due to juvenile periodontosis. Most of her live she had a removable prosthesis. But some years ago, the resorption became so extreme that pain and soreness was always there. Something had to be done, so Daphne popped ut at my consultation. Since she was quite young the upper jaw as built up with a bone graft. The lower jaw was provided with 4 implants and immediate loading. Finally upper and lower was turned into zirconium porcelain. What a rewarding result. A live changer as you can imagine, as well aesthetically as functionally.
