About this case

Darsa has a massive protrusif upper jaw that is quite rare.The upper jaw needed to be reduced in all axes of space, as well vertically, transcersally as antero-posteriorly. Although the set back was substantial, a need for lower jaw advancement and chin advancement was evident as well. After the presurgical orthodontics, the surgery was done, and the result was simply amazing.Simply gorgeous girl!
